Through CEO/Founder Roy Nickolai’s 30 years as a small business owner in the hospitality industry, he and his team have developed best practices for successfully managing through many HR systems, compliance, safety and training challenges. Roy Nickolai

Roy is an entrepreneur and small business owner with over 30 years in the hospitality industry. He is well-known throughout his native Bay Area for delivering extraordinary customer service and believes that attention to detail, compassion for others, and a desire to exceed expectations are hallmarks of the company’s success. He has been a coach and leader for a variety of charitable organizations in the Bay Area.

Steve Sirianni

VP Sales & Client Success
Founder and former CEO of Nonni’s Biscotti, and several other businesses, Steve joined the company in 2014. With his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen with Sales Client Success and Operations, he’s helped increase new sales, build an excellent Client Success program with existing accounts, and manage Operations through the implementation and adoption of the various HRIS modules.  

Tim Costello

VP of Systems
Tim joined our team in 2012 after 20 years running sales and operations at both Certichron and Graniterock. He keeps our business running smoothly, from overseeing HR information systems to  accounting and payroll. Tim holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Alex Gilham

Program Director for HRIS Services
Alex joined the team in 2017, serving as a HRIS HCM Systems Analyst for All About Parking. A graduate from San Jose State University as a Software Engineer, Alex has become highly skilled at building and maintaining HRIS systems. Alex’s HRIS expertise allowed HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Operations Departments to come together and work under one HR System.
